Trinity aim to get the culture right

Trinity aim to get the culture right

Director of rugby Andy Edwards believes enforcing club values around inclusivity has helped grow playing numbers following a worrying decline.

Building on their links with nearby Trinity School through attack and backs coach George Kimmins, the first and second teams have combined for 13 wins and no losses.

The second team were only able to field a squad for three matches last season but hard work behind the scenes has allowed them to restore having two sides per week and they are top of Surrey Combination 1.
