You started modelling at the age of 18. How did you cope with hectic schedules at a young age? 

When kids were playing at home, my parents encouraged me to attend activity classes. I had a timetable for when I would return from school--eat lunch, attend classes like singing or swimming, return by 7 pm, eat dinner, do my homework, and sleep. Every day, there would be two activities scheduled.  

I am the calmest when my days are hectic. Even now, if I have three days where I don’t have a routine, I go bonkers. If there’s a free day, I add extra training hours, join a yoga class, or even go to the salon to get hair treatment. I like to fi ll my days; it is in my DNA.
