And the thought turned into reality on a recent visit to JW Marriott Bengaluru Prestige Golfshire Resort & Spa located at the foothills of Nandi Hills, Bengaluru.
The resort is set on 22 acres and is a microcosm of a utopian world. The moment you step into the premises, expansive stretches of the 18-hole golf course, the lagoon around it, trees, bushes, and manicured lawns stare at you. The glass facade of the property allows you to soak in the view outside as do the outdoor dining options. In fact, all the 301 rooms and suites in the property come with a private balcony or a sit-out space to enjoy the outdoors. The easy accessibility to nature had a therapeutic effect on me; the fabulous Bengaluru weather further enhanced the experience.
