Want to power up your protection? Add sea salt to your swish. British scientists say the mineral-rich salt strengthens tissue lining the mouth so viruses can’t invade. To do: Mix 1 Tbs. of sea salt with 1⁄ 2 cup of water; refrigerate between uses.
