To keep that new-year positive vibe, Kerre has a wellbeing hack to keep her on track

It was my first week back at work last week and after such a lovely long holiday, I was ready to get back behind the microphone. Especially in light of Jacinda Ardern's resignation.

I can certainly understand why she would choose to leave, for the sake of her own wellbeing and that of her family's. It's hard enough being a working mother, far less a working mother in such a high profile and polarising job. But her passing the baton to Chris Hipkins has certainly made for an interesting election campaign later in the year.
