Peace talks could be on the cards as the late Queen brings the family back together

So much has changed since Queen Elizabeth II passed on September 8 last year, leaving behind a family torn apart. But as it approaches one year since her death, insiders say the palace is readying itself for the big return of a pivotal family member Prince Harry. Sources confirm the wayward prince has been planning a secret trip to Balmoral to see his father, King Charles, ahead of the anniversary of the Queen's death.

While they have much to discuss after so much time apart, one thing the father and son need to do is work through their "unprocessed grief" together since losing the much-loved monarch.

"Harry still has yet to stand side by side with his father and share a private mourning for her," says an insider. "He still hasn't dealt with his grandmother not being there, and he needs to have a moment with his dad. Since becoming a father himself, Harry has a better understanding of the parental bond."
