If there were ever any doubts that the Duchess and Duke of Cambridge are anything but made for each other, they were silenced last week.

Glowing in a dress by Kiwi designer Emilia Wickstead, Kate surprised everyone when she turned up to the Royal Polo Cup in Windsor - but the biggest shock of all was the sweet kiss William planted on his beaming wife!

While the pair, both 40, are known to hold hands and show other subtle signs of affection, the public smooch was a departure from standard royal protocol and had onlookers at the posh event talking.
