Changing dynamics in the world often lead to a paradigm shift in the habits of the masses. One such shift was witnessed when the coronavirus pandemic took a became our best friend, and cooking was our new hobby to soothe our forces. This era also popularised a new type of genre called Ambient Television which is a medley of visuals that induces escapism from mundane daily life and ignites a sense of comfort and wholesomeness. A term coined by ace journalist Kyle Chaka from the New Yorker innovation rather than a product of the technological and social forces of our time.” He points out that this is somewhat similar to ambient music that can be heard playing in the background of an airport, elevators and fancy restaurants.
