In an interview with Woman’s Era, Neelam Nanda, partner Coloressence and her husband Raj Kumar Nanda, delves into the remarkable journey of their company. What once began at the dining table of their residence has now evolved into a thriving enterprise with a widespread distribution of makeup products pan India. Today, their company boasts large manufacturing units at Sidcul, Haridwar and employs a big workforce at manufacturing units and market. Mrs Nanda skillfully manages both her business and household, upholding her cherished family values and principles.
Could you recount the transformative moments that set the course of your life's journey?
My childhood was totally influenced by my parents and grandparents. My teachers encouraged me to explore my thoughts, which created an aura of positive attitude in every aspect of life.
Discipline and perfection was nurtured by NCC instructors in college days. I got an opportunity to participate twice in the Republic Day Parade in the years 1972 and 1973. The medals and rewards earned during this period still cherish the memories alive in my mind.
From your perspective, what are the essential qualities that contribute to a fulfilling and meaningful life?
