I've had some embarrassing moments on my fitness journey. Once, I was at the gym getting changed for a class and noticed there was a stain on my T-shirt. I assumed my flask has leaked, so I just put it on. As I started to sweat and get hot in the class, a terrible smell of cat urine started emanating from me. It wasn't water, after all. I noticed the people next to me were moving further and further away - it was absolutely horrendous!
