Rupal Sidhpura Faria, an entrepreneur, the owner and founder of Rupal's Yogasthenics, a curated brand of workouts, specialising in Pre-Natal and Post-Natal yoga and celebrity yoga therapist.
She did her intensive teacher's training in yoga at The Yoga Institute Santacruz that was life changing for her. Along with a fourteen-month internship at the institute where she mastered yoga therapy and the relevance of breath alignment with yoga asana.

Rupal, you describe “Yoga as a journey of absolute bliss that changed your life around three-sixty degrees”, share about your childhood and early experience with yoga and fitness.
I started practising yoga without any inhibitions following footsteps of my father. My mother actually got me to all the rehearsals and yoga practices for annual days. I was never great at academics but “Yoga” did a number on me. The first thing I thought of post graduating was to be a therapist, a yoga therapist!
I loved what I studied and I loved even more what I experienced through the practice. It was both on and off the mat. From a little girl to a woman it’s been a journey of self awareness.
Very motivating. It’s taught me to love myself and my life.
