CATATAN PENTING MANAJEMEN BROODING:
Brooding menggantikan fungsi induk, memberikan kenyamanan dan keamanan, sehingga menghasilkan ayam yang sehat. Ayam sehat mampu menampilkan performans yang tinggi, ditunjukkan dengan pertumbuhan bobot badan, konversi pakan dan keseragaman yang merata.

Jagung merupakan salah satu bahan pakan ternak utama yang digunakan dalam formulasi pakan sehingga harus terjaga kontinuitasnya. Sementara dampak jelas El Nino diperkirakan akan terjadi pada puncak kemarau di September sampai November 2023

Menurut dokter hewan ini, pemeriksaan hewan ternak ini dilakukan secara sampling. Belum dapat dirinci berapa total hewan ternak yang diperiksa, namun ditemukan 1 ekor sapi yang terindikasi suspect LSD. Badan Pangan Nasional (Bapanas) merupakan salah satu lembaga pemerintah non kementerian yang berada di bawah dan bertanggung jawab secara langsung kepada Presiden Republik Indonesia. Berdiri sejak 2021, Bapanas memegang peranan penting dalam urusan pangan untuk meciptakan kedaulatan, ketahanan, serta kemandirian pangan bagi negara.

Sebelum terjadinya Pandemi Covid-19 surplus terjadi sekitar 15 % per tahun. “Pandemi Covid-19 mengakibatkan terjadinya penurunan konsumsi masyarakat yang berdampak pada meningkatnya surplus produksi ayam menjadi 48 % pada 2020 dan 36 % pada 2021 seiring dengan membaiknya kondisi Pandemi Covid-19,” ungkapnya dalam Indonesian Poultry Business Forum (IPBF) yang digagas oleh Komite Tetap Peternakan Kadin (Kamar Dagang dan Industri) Indonesia dengan tema “Mitigasi, Penguatan dan Pemerataan Industri Perunggasan Nasional : Harga Pakan Menggila, dan Masih Perlukah SE Cutting?!” secara daring beberapa waktu lalu.
