For the locomotive builders, Henry Wood explains the making of the mechanical lubricator for Emma Victoria and we have an alternative technique described for making brass domes and chimney bases. We look back at the beginnings of the Hunslet Engine Company whose 150th Anniversary year is being celebrated in 2015 and celebrate with the Steam Tug Kerne Preservation Society who have won HL Funding which will help secure her future on the water.
