Our latest issue is about the Roaring 50s—those who turned founders late in their careers and found success in their 50s. For all of them, their age turned out to be an advantage, not a liability. Among those featured is Falguni Nayar, whose Nykaa was oversubscribed nearly 82.5 times. The IIM-Ahmedabad graduate started the beauty and fashion ecommerce platform at 49. It saw a blockbuster listing in November. Others profiled in this edition include Kamesh Goyal, who started insuretech startup Digit when he was 50; the venture is now valued at $3.5 billion.
