DTC Awards Tata Motors AMC Extension For CNG Bus Fleet
Acknowledging the arduous maintenance of buses for over 10 years, while serving the public transportation, the Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) has awarded an extension to Tata Motors for comprehensive annual maintenance of its 1,000 CNG buses. Earlier, during 2007-2009, DTC had bought and inducted these Tata Motors buses and agreed on a contract of comprehensive annual maintenance of up to 7,50,000 km, which was focused on the uptime of buses to serve the city of Delhi. DTC has extended the contract for another 1,20,000 km for the 1,000 buses for which the contract was about to expire.
