As we enter November, this issue celebrates
the essence of exploration, empowerment,
and nostalgia.
As a kid, I remember one of the first trips I
took with my dad and mom. The destination
was Rajasthan during my winter holidays. I
still remember the desert climate (severe cold,
especially for a Mumbaikar), the ancient vibe
streets, the warm hospitality of the locals, and
being unbelievably overjoyed to experience a
heritage royalty culture. It sparked a lifelong
curiosity and interest in seeking to know more
about Incredible India.
What I’ve learned from having the privilege of
travelling a lot as an adult is that people have
a lot of defined thinking and views on where
to go and where not to go especially when
you can’t afford an international destination.
But what makes an international destination
desirable? Sometimes it’s the hype on social
media and more often heightened by the
prestige and status associated with foreign
vacations, with people viewing them as a
symbol of success.
In my experience, our country offers some
of the vast, diverse, and rich cultural and
natural experiences overshadowing those
international options. That’s why, in this
issue, we highlight the best travel destinations
within India, showcasing our vibrant culture,
stunning landscapes, and unforgettable
adventures—ensuring that you don’t miss out
on its hidden gems.
Our cover story, “India’s Top Travel
Escapes,” takes you on a journey through
dream destinations that capture the spirit
of wanderlust. From serene hill stations to
vibrant cultural hubs, these places promise
unforgettable experiences. It is the cover
story, but in a bid to go beyond and venture
into even lesser-known destinations, our
writers have made numerous recommendations
that could
have gone without your ears.

It’s an absolute pleasure to welcome you to the first issue of Inspiring Leaders Magazine. The vision of Times Applaud Group is ultimately to create the most stylish, greatest, innovative, authentic, and inspiring people’s magazine/media on the planet.
I know the job is challenging, and it is not a small feat, but then with my brilliant and hardworking team, we will stand out and take our readers beyond the pages of a print magazine. We will try to voice all true stories and writeups that will mean something to each of you.
It is important to state that, as a publication, we don’t advocate any political ideology and are fully transparent in our operations. We have set rules and standards for scrutinising all our featured
pieces. When we were planning to launch our first issue, we felt that it would be a great idea to start with the blessing of ‘Shakti’- The
Primordial Cosmic Energy. Additionally, International Women’s Day has just gone by, so in our first publication, we have tried to pay tribute to the most powerful creation of God- The Women. The overall theme of our debut stories is focused on powerful
women -- women in the corporate world, politics, women doing
something unconventional by day - that focus on the way they
manage their children, kitchens, husbands, hair, clothing and all the stuff in the traditional “ladies’ domain.” Plus, in a nod to the modern, totally empowered woman who break the bias, there’s coverage of winners from our annual affair Woman Iconza Awards 2023 event (fourth edition). To some, these stories and the exercise of power will be inspiring,
relatable, or motivating, like Sohini Shastri, who adorns the cover page of our issue.
In our subsequent issues, you will find stories and articles on various global trends, current affairs, education, startups, big corporates, fashion, art, philanthropists, online giants, and much
much more. We hope you will enjoy all our offerings this month. So sit back and get the best insights. It’s all about the most powerful creation of God -Women Collection of their serious and non-serious, their personal and their ethical concerns.
