The inaugural issue of BBC GoodFood India will be historic as it will, for the first time ever, bring together two of the greatest chefs India has ever produced: Padma Shri awardees Chefs Imtiaz Qureshi and Sanjeev Kapoor. They will not only cook for each other and share recipes but they will also talk about the evolution of Indian cuisine from biryani to khichdi.
In fact, to make it a double whammy, we will run two separate front covers, the other with Michelin-starred chef Vineet Bhatia on how he revolutionised Indian cuisine by giving it a unique and contemporary twist.
