一月的美味风采内容当然离不开年菜,我们整理了10道年饼,传统和新颖口味各参半,大家可以参考。张婉娟老师的传统年饼向来都有很多人支持,不过这次编辑部也特别准备了5道新派曲奇饼,就算不是过年也非常适合。
素年菜是不可少的一环,很多华人还是会在初一或十五来个素食宴,如果今年想尝试新的口味,买一本来参考吧,素食年菜真的可以千变万化。配合龙年,我们也邀请了Michael 老师采用火龙果制作了8道特别的年菜,包括火龙果咖喱鱼头、龙果虾仁、凤凰展翅靓上汤、祥龙吐珠肉丸汤、黄金万两火龙排骨等等,每一道不仅有好意头,创意也是满满的,当然最重要是非常好吃
