The Sassy Spoon Looks Sassier After Its Makeover by the Orange Lane, Accomplished With Fresh Pink

As Sassy As It Gets

If you own a restaurant and want to keep your regular patrons engaged while attracting even more, you have to give your menu a makeover from time to time. That’s a lesson all restaurateurs have learned early in their career. But if they have been around long enough, they also know that the ambience makes a telling difference. If you opt for a classic look and it has been well executed, you needn’t worry for a few years. But if your space sports a youthful vibe, it has to change with changing times. So it is with The Sassy Spoon, which announced its all-day dining menu with a revamped look after just a couple of years.

In its new avatar, this popular hangout for the young and restless in Mumbai shows its zesty spirit through its warm and chic bar-centric ambience. The design intent is to blend the essence of a contemporary restobar with a sprinkling of the original Sassy. A fresh colour palette of vintage pink with floral artwork has been introduced on the walls, along with a spectrum of pink ombre on the rope ceiling in the outdoor patio. area The play of eye-catching furniture detailed with accents of pink along with brass-edged marble tables and a layer of laser-cut latticework on the window panes add to the appeal of the place.
