Lamborghini Huracan Evo - Taming The Raging Bull At The track

What we have here is a Lamborghini Huracan that has been through an anger management session of sorts. The boffins at Sant’Agata Bolognese have taken the Huracan, made it more intense by adding bits from the hardcore Performante and through the use of clever electronics, have made it a more friendly, much easier to push it to its limits as we experienced firsthand at the Madras Motor Race Track on the outskirts of Chennai.

Changes to the exterior primarily focus on enhancing the Huracan’s aerodynamic efficiency. From the front splitter with an integrated wing to the thoroughly revised rear with a more prominent diffuser and an integrated tail spoiler, everything comes together to help improve aerodynamic efficiency by six times vis a vis the previous iteration of the Huracan. Other minor updates include new side air intakes and new alloy wheel designs plus a whole host of customization options that you can explore to your heart’s content via Lamborghini’s online configurator. Inside, the buttons positioned in the center console have been replaced by an 8.4-inch touchscreen that acts as the interface for functions including seats, climate control, navigation, entertainment and more. It also gives the occupants a peek into the real-time workings of the LDVI or Lamborghini Dinamica Veicolo Integrata. Which happens to be the most crucial bit of the update.
