Glance over any Skoda official’s calendar for 2018-19 and there’s a chance you wouldn’t find a day without a meeting. With the recent announcement of it handling VW’s future portfolio for the Indian market, it’s safe to say that Skoda has been fairly busy of late. But that is only what you and I read in the news. Underneath the surface, Skoda’s been working in order to iron out the kinks in the after-sales division.
