Iron ore production for FY21 was 34.11 million tons (mt) as against 31.49 mt in FY20, a growth of 8 percent.
Iron ore sales during FY21 increased by 6 percent to 33.27 mt as against 31.51 mt in FY20.
Quarterly production and sales of 12.31 mt and 11.11 mt in Q4 are the highest ever since inception and are more by 2.84 mt (30 percent) and 2.49 mt (29 percent) over previous year.
The total sales of iron ore from Bailadila projects in FY21 is 25.85 mt against 24.46 mt in FY20, which is 6 percent higher than the previous year.
Production from Kirandul Complex at 136.29 lakh tons, March production of 19.92 lakh tons and single-day production of 1.21 lakh tons on March 28 are the highest ever since inception.
In FY21, production at Bacheli Complex was 129.27 lakh tons and monthly production 19.86 lakh tons (March 2021), highest ever since inception.
