Whether you work for a multinational or government organization the successful managers possess a similar set of skills. It is food giant Pizza hut or State Bank of India, the biggest bank in India. It doesn’t matter whether the managers are handling customer service, information technology, finance there are certain skills, knowledge and attributes which are essential requirements for performing the role well.
