His back’s to wall as Angelina wins key custody fight

Desperate Brad Pitt is taking his ugly five-year legal battle with Angelina Jolie to California’s Supreme Court in a last-ditch bid to win custody of their brood and a much-needed measure of peace.

Sources say the 57-year-old Oscar winner has hardly seen his kids since ex-wife Angelina Jolie, 46, recently gained the upper hand in their savage ongoing battle, winning a surprise victory disqualifying Judge John Ouderkirk, who had given Brad more access to the children.

Ouderkirk was booted from the case over Angelina’s claims he was biased because he had business ties to Pitt’s lawyers. The judge denies any conflict of interest.
