They may not have picked up the Glitterball trophy, but they won something “a million times more special”. Yes, that may be a little cringeworthy, but those were the words captioning a pic of Joe Sugg and his Strictly Come Dancing partner Dianne Buswell that melted hearts.

And with that perfectly timed announcement – just after the final of the show – fans were thrilled to discover that their guesses were correct and that the pair were officially dating. Next thing we know, they were posting pics together from a hot tub in a swanky treetop retreat.

It’s not the first time a Strictly dance couple have got together and it won’t be the last, but with the relationship being born on a reality show, some are questioning if the couple will go the distance.
