Frustrated that her estranged spouse was continuing to delay the split process – while publicly vowing to win her back the reality star on Feb. 23 petitioned the courts for the second time in three months to declare her legally single as matters like financials and custody of kids North, 8, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 2, continue to be figured out. “I have come to the realization that there is no way to repair our marriage," she asserted in new paperwork. “Kanye does not agree.” Her hope, Kim added, was that “terminating our marital status will help Kanye to accept that our marital relationship is over and to move forward."
