How I made myself a morning person
I could never understand how anyone could be ‘a morning person’. Staying in bed, especially in winter, just always seemed like the better option.
But after years of throwing on any old outfit, semi-grooming and running out the door, I realised something had to change. Particularly when my sister-in-law showed me it was possible with two young children. No more excuses.
slip into my old ways, but most mornings I make sure I have at least 45 minutes to prepare for the day ahead. Not only has this boosted my productivity, but also my mental health. So here are my fail-safe steps to #StartingYourMorningRight. Trust me, If I can do it, so can you!
