Harper Joins 'Brand Beckham' - But Not Everyone's Happy About It

They’re already worth over £500m, so why trademark the five-year-old?

She was the only family member who wasn’t legally recognised as part of ‘Brand Beckham’ – until recently, when Victoria and David registered ‘Harper Beckham’ as a trademark.

It means Harper will be able to rake in the dollars (or pounds sterling, depending on her currency preferences) by lending her name to a variety of products including clothes, toys and even make-up… even though she’s only five years old.
