Some wounds just never heal, and Reese Witherspoon is learning that the hard way! Amid rumours of tension between her and hubby Jim Toth during the actress’s 43rd birthday celebrations earlier this month, it seems the couple’s eight-year marriage is hanging by a thread.

According to insiders, Reese – who’s tried to put the past behind her since finalising her divorce from ex-husband Ryan Phillipe in 2007 – has somehow found herself caught up in the 44-year-old actor’s latest legal battle.
