The GC proves her hard work has been paying off as she flaunts her figure following her split from James Argent

Gemma Collins has used lockdown to embark on a fitness mission – and judging by her recent snaps, it’s worked. Sharing a video of herself jumping into her brother’s pool in Essex, she wrote on her Instagram Stories, “Move more stress less.”

The 39-year-old admitted she’s experienced “a lot of stress” recently, telling her followers, “Obviously we are coming out of lockdown. Let’s just chill, let’s have some fun. It’s all a bit much at the minute. You’re in limbo – you don’t know whether you’re coming or going.”

The former TOWIE star’s carefree and confident attitude comes as she’s been embracing a healthy lifestyle by working out and eating clean.

Posting a clip of her lifting a bike on Instagram, Gemma, who is believed to have lost an impressive 3st since her stint on Dancing On Ice last year, captioned the snap, “Arm press bike rides NATURE.”

The star jetted off to Tenerife for a short break two weeks ago and admitted she’s feeling better than ever.
