'Helen is in a great place'

As Helen Flanagan shows off her curves on a Dubai beach, a source tells new that the actress is loving life and doing what's best for herself

Helen Flanagan looked like she was brimming with confidence on the beach during a recent sunshine getaway to Dubai, with a source telling new the former Coronation Street actress is feeling fabulous, both mentally and physically.

The 32-year-old was holidaying with her children Matilda, seven, Delilah, four, and two-year-old Charlie, and she turned up the heat in a pale blue bikini with gold buckles and waist ties.

“Helen is in a really good place,” our source said. “She’s been away with the kids and is enjoying life at the moment. She really is looking after herself and is doing what’s best for her.”

Four months ago, Helen had a boob job to mark a “new start” following her split from footballer Scott Sinclair after 13 years together. She said the surgery had given her more confidence after breastfeeding left her chest looking “saggy”.

“It’s just something that I did for myself,” she explained at the time. “I really wanted to do it for my confidence.”

Helen added she had been nervous about speaking publicly about her decision to have breast enhancements, as she is “very much for body confidence and supporting other women”. But she added that if something is really bothering you “it’s a good thing to do something about it”.
