Molly-Mae Hague has come a long way since she entered the Love Island villa back in 2019 at the tender age of 19. The former beauty queen and her boyfriend Tommy Fury, 22, may have lost out on the £50k prize on the show, but she’s become the most successful Islander to date.

Along with a massive 6.2 million followers on Instagram, the Hertfordshireborn star has a huge YouTube following, a fake tan line and has recently announced her first book. She is also Creative Director of fashion brand Pretty Little Thing – a deal that’s said to have been worth seven figures.

Not satisfied with just sticking her name on a collection created by others, Molly-Mae has been involved in every step of the process and last week took a show to London Fashion Week.

But fame has come with its downsides. Molly and Tommy suffered a traumatic burglary at their Manchester home last autumn, and she recently sparked outrage for her comments about expecting everyone to be successful because we all have “the same 24 hours in a day”. But despite the criticism, Molly-Mae tells new she wouldn’t change a thing about her life.

“I’m not going to be able to keep six million people happy. It’s not physically possible. So I just do my best,” she explains.

The star also opened up on her YouTube channel about a pregnancy scare. “I was meant to come on my period like four days ago – it’s so late. I’m not going to lie, I did take a pregnancy test.

“I’m literally never late on my period but the pregnancy test was negative, obviously. I wouldn’t be sat here having this conversation if it was positive.”
