There’s no denying when I catch up with Casey Batchelor she has a lot on her plate. The reality star-turned-fitness-guru, 37, has three daughters under the age of four, Florence, three, Sadie, 21 months and five-month-old Daisy and admits, when we chat during a rare quiet moment, that life is “manic”.
“You don’t have a minute to yourself,” she tells me.
But when Casey isn’t changing nappies or doing night feeds, her most rewarding form of ‘me time’ is a session of yoga. She is so passionate about yoga that three years ago she created her Yoga Blitz fitness platform, which incorporates traditional yoga exercises with high intensity moves. She originally devised the routines to enable her to lose her own baby weight and was so pleased with the results that she decided to motivate others.
As well as discussing health and wellbeing, we also talk wedding plans. Casey, who got engaged to businessman fiancé Dane Goodson, 36, nearly three years ago, reveals they’re still undecided whether to organise their wedding or have another baby…
