As the loved-up couple prepare for their first Christmas together, flashy presents are the last thing they’re thinking about – it’s all about being in love and making memories.
The British version of the extreme dating show – which sees couples meet for the first time when they get hitched [although not legally] – had seen fans sit through five seasons without the experiment marrying off a couple that lasted.
But the matchmaking team of Paul Carrick Brunson, Charlene Douglas and Mel Schilling struck gold this year, bringing together two couples who’ve actually worked out.
They are Matt Jameson and Dan McKee, the show’s first gay pairing, and Adam and Tayah, who thrilled viewers by seemingly clicking from the moment they met.
We last met up with the happy couple in September at electrician Adam’s home in Doncaster, after estate agent Tayah, from Hertfordshire, had moved in.
Now we’ve returned to catch up with Adam, Tayah and their beloved cockapoo, River, as they prepare for the festive season…
Hey guys. How do you feel about your first Christmas together?
Tayah: Oh, we are so excited! We are saying this is the most Christmassy we’ve ever felt.
