Kim Kardashian is no stranger to plastic surgery rumours. But the 37-year-old looked more polished and sculpted than ever at the Tiffany Blue Book Collection launch in New York on October 9. With her face looking impossibly smooth,

the braless reality star seemed to defy the very laws of gravity in a plunging white backless gown that also showed off her tiny waist and famously ample derrière.

Plastic surgeon Dr David Shafer believes Kim may have undergone a number of tweaks. ‘Her cheeks appeared filled – likely a product such as Voluma or Vollure,’ he says. ‘Around her eyes also looks filled, which gives a smooth and youthful appearance. She likely has dermal filler in her lips.’

Kim may also have undergone a breast augmentation, according to a second surgeon from the UK clinic, MYA Cosmetic Surgery.
