Fuelling pregnancy whispers, Kourtney kept her hand over her stomach as she headed to church on February 21 – with the slightest hint of a bump showing under her baggy beige tracksuit.

It comes after the 38-year-old star opened up about her baby plans on Keeping Up with the Kardashians. ‘I’m thinking about freezing my eggs,’ she told her sisters Kim, 37, and Khloé, 33. ‘Wouldn’t you rather have the insurance, like, sitting there?’
