A CHILLING EXPERIENCE
She's fronted This Morning with Phillip Schofield for the past 12 years but now Holly Willoughby has another man in her life - and she thinks he's even more hilarious than her on-screen partner.
"I've never worked with anyone as funny as Lee Mack," the 41-year-old told us at a screening of their new show, Freeze The Fear. "On-screen, offscreen, we had the best time."
Holly and Not Going Out star Lee, 53, are working on the BBC show with extreme athlete and motivational speaker Wim Hof, 62, and Holly says hosting the series, in which celebrities plunge into ice-cold water, made her face up to her own fears.
"I'm always looking for things to make life better or a little bit easier for me," Holly said. "Somebody told me about Wim and his breathing exercises, and I said, 'Well I've been breathing since the day I was born, that I can do.
But she added, "I'm the biggest scaredy-cat in the world, my fear is fear. I'm scared of everything and I'm trying not to be. I'm getting better but I'm always looking for anything to add to my toolkit."
In Freeze The Fear, celebrities use extreme challenges including coldwater therapy to explore and reflect on experiences in their lives.
