Heidi Klum couldn’t contain her excitement. “I SAID YES” the former Project Runway host exclaimed on Dec. 24, showing off the massive green sparkler from her musician boyfriend, Tom Kaulitz, 29, on social media. “I found a great person [and] I’m very excited!”

With a wedding date already set, Heidi’s in full planning mode. And, like most brides, the 45-year-old is doing everything she can to make sure she looks her best when she walks down the aisle. “I’ve figured out what works for me,” shared the former supermodel, who’s toning up her figure by staying “as active as possible” and following a protein-packed diet. And while she admits that it’s not always easy,

“whenever I need motivation, I think of the big picture,” adds the mother of four — Leni, 14, Henry, 14, Johan, 12, and Lou, 9 — who reminds herself that she’s working out and eating right not just for her wedding, but to “be as healthy as possible for myself and my family.”
