"Jennifer has always been a pain to work for, but it's gone into overdrive since she bought the house,” reveals the source. “She's micromanaging every aspect of the renovations — the colors, the furniture, the landscaping, you name it. Her poor staff is working overtime to keep her happy but it's an impossible task.” As a result, the palatial pad is becoming a house of horrors as staff members trash talk Jennifer behind her back over her diva demands. “They're trying to act professional,” says the source, “but it's no secret Jennifer can be a real pill to deal with.”
