Britney MOVES ON

It took 13 years for Britney Spears to wrangle herself from her father’s control and while she may now be one step closer to freedom, the singer isn’t ready to forgive or forget just yet. “This message is to my family ... for hurting me deeper than you’ll ever know,” she shared on Instagram on October 26. “I know the conservatorship is about to be over but I still want justice !!! I’m only 5’4” and I’ve played the bigger person my entire life ... do you know how hard that is ???”

The singer has been locked in a bitter battle with her family for years over the conservatorship, which she was put under back in 2008. However, things really ramped up in June this year, with Britney telling a court about the effects the controversial legal arrangement have had on her wellbeing – admitting her father Jamie “should be in jail” for what he’s put her through. “The control he had over someone as powerful as me … he loved the control to hurt his own daughter 100,000 per cent,” she said at the time.
