The 'Retired' Actress opens up about life as New Mum at 47

Cameron Diaz is enjoying every moment of newborn baby bliss. On January 4, she and husband Benji Madden announced the birth of daughter, Raddix. Since then, the notoriously private couple have remained tight-lipped about their new family addition following five years of marriage.

In a rare Instagram live interview with friend Katherine Power, Diaz gave a glimpse into life as a new mum and how she’s coping while self isolating at their Los Angeles home. “I’ve kinda been living a quarantine life anyhow because I have a 3-month-old. So my life has been completely quiet and still for the last few months,” Diaz shared. “But I was able to have my friends over all the time. And now I just don’t see anybody.”

However, the actress revealed she was secretly enjoying the time spent with her family. “It’s nice, and I love a bubble and being in the womb of my home with my husband and cooking,” she revealed. “But at the same time it’s crazy that you can’t go out to the world right now.”
