CALLS FOR THE DUKE’S TITLE TO BE STRIPPED ESCALATE AFTER HE SLAMS HIS FAMILY AGAIN BACK

Harry's final betrayal

The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s bombshell interview with Oprah Winfrey, where the couple accused the royals of racism, shocked the world. Just two months later, Prince Harry has publicly slammed his family again, and this time, not even the Queen could escape the firing line.

While appearing on the Armchair Expert podcast on May 13, the 36-year-old revealed he felt that he’d never really “fit in” with the Windsor clan. Harry further explained he’d been forced to step down from his royal role in January 2020 to protect his children, son Archie, 2, and a daughter he and wife Meghan Markle are expecting over the US summer, to “break the cycle” of “genetic pain” passed down from his grandparents and father.

“I never saw it, I never knew about it, and then suddenly I started to piece it together and go, OK, so this is where he [Prince Charles] went to school, this is what happened, I know this about his life, I also know that is connected to his parents [Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip] so that means he’s treated me the way he was treated, so how can I change that for my own kids,” Harry told hosts Dax Shepard and Monica Padman. “And here I am, I moved my whole family to the US, that wasn’t the plan but sometimes you’ve got to make decisions and put your family first and put your mental health first,” he added.
