OKI Promotes Malaysia's Diversity Through Art And Design Contest

Malaysia; Through The Eyes Of The Youth.

OKI Data Corporation hosted the final round of Art and Design Campus Challenge 2019 supported by PC.COM, a tech magazine dedicated in nurturing and enriching local tech enthusiasts, at the Blue Zone, Publika Shopping Complex. Some 20 students from four art and design colleges took part in the event themed ‘Malaysia Through Your Eyes’. The students were selected from a pool of some 320 students who took part in a qualifying round held at four colleges – Universiti Teknologi Mara Puncak Alam campus, Malaysian Institute of Art, Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman Sungai Long campus and Inti College Subang campus. Each college was represented by 80 students. The selection process for the finals began with submission of artworks by students from the respective colleges, from which 20 of the best artworks were selected to compete in the final round - five artworks from each campus. Three students were then chosen as winners of the competition.
