To have a successful French holiday let, it’s essential to make the most of all the online tools available to you. More often than not, potential guests will make the internet their first point of call when looking for a holiday and it can act as a key decision-making tool for them when booking their break. Therefore it’s important to make sure you have the best possible online presence for your property if you plan to rent it out to holidaymakers.
STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD
A great way of making your property visible online to potential guests is to take out an advert with one of the many online advertising portals available. These portals have dedicated teams of experts with many years of experience advertising properties in France. By setting up an advert with them, you and your property can benefit from one of the many well-known brand names with a wealth of knowledge and expertise and reach a worldwide audience of holidaymakers.
Your advertisement is your shop window, so it’s worth taking the time to present your property in the very best way that you can and ensure that it stands out from the crowd.
It’s vital to make sure that the photographs you use in your advert are of the highest quality as the visual presentation can often be the deciding factor in whether a guest goes on to read the text and/or shortlist your property.
Any outdoor photographs should be taken on a day when the sun is shining so you can be sure your property is shown in the best possible light, and that it has a definite ‘holiday feel’ about it.
