BROCKLEY Academy in North Somerset turns out to be a lot more modest than I imagined... a small group of stone buildings in a farmyard rather than a huge concrete college building. I’m looking for David Constantine, founder director of the charity Motivation, which has been designing and providing affordable wheelchairs for people in developing countries for the past 25 years. Through a window I spot a man in a wheelchair, spinning round, pulling wheelies and I assume I’ve found him. I introduce myself but it’s just a member of the design team, putting the chair through its paces.
