DON’T worry, it’s not too late to get the garden sorted for the summer. Here are five ideas that will make a real difference to your outdoor room:

1 UNITED COLOURS

Colour is an easy way to give your garden the ‘wow’ factor. Most of us think of colour in relation to flowers, but flower colour persists for just a couple of months. Choosing a single colour for furniture, pots or fences pulls the garden together all year round. Painting a door and bench the same shade of blue can tie the garden together and create a harmonious atmosphere. Adding a seasonal accent of blue agapanthus in a pot emphasises the theme.
