Daisy Siggers found inspiration in the farmland of Essex which surrounds her home in Kelvedon near Colchester for a innovative new fashion brand that is causing a stir

 DAISY SIGGERS has had what you might describe as an eventful, whirlwind of a life, but through it all, Essex has always been a constant for her. There’s no half measures for the farmer’s wife based in Kelvedon, near Colchester, who, since leaving school, has had a career that has taken her to the London College of Fashion and Savile Row, via a spell working in the City of London’s banking sector, including marriage and motherhood along the way. Most recently, Daisy has begun to get a foothold in the ultra-competitive world of online fashion retail with the launch of her own clothing business, Frank & Grace.

With roots firmly planted in the county and inspired by the fabulous Essex countryside that surrounds her, Daisy, her husband Henry and children Harry and Millie, are coming together to help push her range of luxury, faux fur country clothing. Think Holland & Cooper rather than Joules, although the High Street has been an inspiration.

Daisy first got an eye for tailoring as a child after discovering her mum’s sewing machine and the fabrics she used to make curtains for their home in the county. Her family also had a property on the west coast of Scotland and it was there that her interest became a passion.
