A COLD-BLOODED brute killed his on-off girlfriend, chopped up her body and then dumped it in a creek, lawmen say.
Two boys walking their dog made the grisly find. Authorities identified Tamara LaFramboise, 46, by her tattoos. Her head, hands, and feet had been removed and have yet to be found.
Stephen Falkenberg, 45, has been charged with second-degree murder.
