NURSE Kyle Larsen— who worked as a janitor after getting fired — hoodwinked Wisconsin residents into thinking he was a doctor and treated them by doling out doses of mystery medications that “potentially endangered their safety,” charge prosecutors.

The 32-year-old quack called himself Dr. Kyle Ellis in his Medical Psychology Office in Appleton, Wis., equipping it with items he bought on Craigslist and at a retired chiropractor’s garage sale, say authorities.
