The 1988 rom-com starred Murphy as an African prince who travels to America to run a scam — posing as a poor man to find a wife.
Now, New York authori ties charge dashing royal Osmond Eweka, 31, and a pal ran their own swindle — bilking $54,000 out of job seekers by promising to find them work with fire departments!
